Good purchasing decisions start with the right questions.
- Assess. Who will use the equipment, for what, and what has to work with it?
- Recommend. Equipment that fits the work and the budget, with a sensible expected lifespan — not more machine than needed.
- Deploy. Configuration, data transfer, and handoff to staff, with old equipment dealt with properly.
- Plan ahead. A record of what you have and when it’s due for replacement, so the next purchase isn’t a surprise.

How we engage
Larger rollouts, relocations, and new-site work are usually fixed-price projects with an agreed scope and schedule. Planning and consulting can be arranged hourly, and clients with a monthly agreement can fold routine replacements into their ongoing support.
