Services · Security & backup

Protect your devices. Back up your data. Plan for recovery.

Practical safeguards for the computers and data your organization depends on, and a clear plan for what happens if something goes wrong.

What we provide

Endpoint detection and response (EDR)

Traditional antivirus looks for known threats. EDR software runs on each computer and server, watches for suspicious behavior, and can stop or isolate a device when something looks wrong — giving a clearer picture of what happened. We deploy and manage EDR on your devices as part of your support.

Server and cloud backups

Backups for on-site servers and for cloud data such as email and shared files, configured so there is more than one copy and checked so you know they’re working.

Recovery planning

A written plan for restoring systems and data after hardware failure, accidental deletion, or a security incident: what gets restored first, where backups are kept, and who to call.

Questions worth asking

  • If your main server failed today, how long would it take to get back to work?
  • Is email and cloud file data backed up, or only what’s in the building?
  • When was a backup last restored to confirm it actually works?
  • Is every computer protected, including older and rarely used ones?

How we engage

EDR and backups need regular attention, so they are usually part of a monthly agreement. A backup review or recovery plan can also be done as a standalone fixed-price project.

No tool can guarantee that every threat is stopped or every file can be recovered. Our aim is to reduce risk sensibly, make problems easier to spot, and make recovery faster and more predictable.
