Services · IT support & management
An IT department when you need one. Extra depth when you already have one.
OfficeVision provides ongoing IT support and management for organizations of different sizes — taking full responsibility for your technology, or working alongside the staff you already have.
What we handle
The everyday work that keeps staff productive, and the background work that keeps systems healthy.
Your IT department
For organizations without IT staff, we take on the role: supporting users, maintaining computers and servers, managing accounts, and keeping an eye on what’s coming next.
Ongoing management
Regular maintenance, updates, and housekeeping across your devices and systems, so small issues are dealt with before they interrupt work.
Troubleshooting & repairs
When something breaks, signed clients can call on us to diagnose the problem and fix it — on site or remotely, depending on the issue.
Supplemental systems administration
For organizations with internal helpdesk staff, we offer systems administration expertise for servers, networks, and cloud platforms, while your team remains the first point of contact.
Sound familiar?
- Technology problems are handled by whoever on staff is “good with computers.”
- Nobody is sure which systems are up to date, or who has access to what.
- Your helpdesk staff are stretched by server, network, or cloud work outside their day-to-day role.
- A long-time IT person has retired or moved on, and knowledge left with them.
- You want one dependable contact for technology instead of several vendors.
How this usually works
Most ongoing support is arranged under a monthly agreement that sets out what we look after and how to reach us. Supplemental systems administration can be arranged monthly or on an hourly basis, depending on how much help your team needs.
We start by learning your environment — the people, devices, systems, and vendors involved — and agreeing on priorities. From there, support is a working relationship: you’ll know who you’re dealing with and what’s being done.
Troubleshooting and repairs are available to clients with a signed agreement. Support details, including availability, are set out in each client’s agreement.
