Information you submit

When you send an inquiry through the “Get more Info” form, we collect the details you enter: your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, town or location, the service you’re interested in, and your description of what you need. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss possible services with you.

Inquiries are stored in the website’s administration area, which only authorized OfficeVision staff can access, and may also be sent to an OfficeVision email inbox. We do not sell the information you submit.

Support emails

The support email helper on the Existing Customers page does not send or store anything on this website. It opens a draft in your own email application, which you choose whether to send.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as IP addresses and browser types in server logs for security and troubleshooting. To help prevent spam, the inquiry form temporarily keeps a non-reversible value derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. The website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Cookies are used only for signed-in website administrators.

Retention and your choices

Inquiries are kept until we delete them; there is no fixed deletion schedule. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by contacting us at the address below.
